· Responsible for our successful entry-level programmes

· Recruitment, internal mobility, onboarding and offboarding

· Performance Management

· Career Development initiatives

· Organisational development activities

· Employee Engagement

· Ad hoc HR tasks

Who we are looking for:

You have experience with HR and have good insight into the various HR disciplines from employee relations, people development, organisational design to sparring with senior business leaders.

You have a positive can-do attitude, and you thrive in a busy environment with many, and at times very tight, deadlines.

You possess the ability to challenge and improve the current systems and work processes, and you work independently and structured.

You are passionate about delivering value and good at multitasking without compromising the quality of your work.

To be successful you:

· have relevant HR Business Partnering experience and a proven track record within people development

· have experience with general HR disciplines incl. Danish labour law

· have experience with organisational transformation and change management

· have good people skills

· are fluent in English
